Referral Program for Caregivers
A Caregiver who refers:
TIER 1: 1 – 2 Caregiver Applicants

Will receive a gift card, petrol/gas card to the value of $100 once the Caregiver Applicant has worked 20 billable hours.

Will receive a gift card, petrol/gas card to the value of $100 once the Caregiver Applicant has worked 80 billable hours.
( Can earn max $200 Gift Card/ Gas Card per 80 HR Referral in Tier 1)
TIER 2: 3 – 6 Caregiver Applicants

Will receive a gift card, petrol/gas card to the value of $100 once the Caregiver Applicant has worked 20 billable hours.

Will receive a gift card, petrol/gas card to the value of $200 once the Caregiver Applicant has worked 80 billable hours.
(Can earn max $300 per person Gift card/ Gas Card per 80 HR referral for Tier 2)
TIER 3: 7+ Caregiver Applicants

FAQ
Question 1: How much is the max amount I can earn by referring 2 Caregivers?
Answer: If the 2 that were referred were to both work 80 Hours each then you would receive $400 Gift Card/ Gas Card. If the 2 referred were to only work 20 Hours each then you would only receive $200 Gift Card/ Gas Card.
Question 2: How much can I earn once I refer a 3rd Caregiver?
Answer: When the third Caregiver referred works 80 Hours you would receive max $300 Gift/Gas Card. When the third caregiver referred only works 20 hours you would only receive $100 Gift/Gas Card .
Question 3: How much is the max amount I can earn by referring my 7th caregiver ?
Answer: If the 7th Caregiver referred were to work 80 Hours then you would receive $400 Gift/Gas Card max. If the 7th Caregiver referred were to only work 20 hours then you would only receive $100 Gift/Gas Card.
Question 4: What is the difference between each Tier?
Answer: Each Tier increases by $100 value Gift/Gas Card for the 80 HR Caregiver Referral. Tier 1 being $100, Tier 2 at $200, and Tier 3 at $300. The 20 HR referral remains the same throughout the tiers at $100. Max total is calculated by adding the 20HR + 80HR referral reward.
Question 5: What if I leave employment before my referral hits their billable hour targets, do I still get paid?
Answer: YES!
